May 12, 2009. On Friday (May 8) Beckett, Grandma Coco, and I left Buffalo to drive to Boston. We managed to make the drive in 2 days! 160;Beckett was a perfect little boy the whole trip! 160;He barely fussed during the 29 hours it took to get to Boston (that includes stops). He is a pro at road trips after our many visits to KC. On one of our breaks Beckett was having the best time pretending to drive. Dec 31, 2009. After Nate got back we took one last trip to Lisbon before we left Germany for good. We walked all over the city and it was beautiful. We took a day trip to Sentra which is just outside of Lisbon. We went to Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle ruins. What a wonderful way to end our time in Germany! Stefan, Betsy, Addie, James, and Luke. Saturday, March 21, 2015. Thank you everyone for your prayers this past week. It was a long 8 days and 7 nights that Luke spent in the hospital, and we are so thankful to have everyone back home! J-tube feedings have been going great. Stefan and I are quickly learning the tricks of a successful tube feeding. It was fun to have family time together! This morning we did the Epilepsy walk through Upsher-Smith Labs at the MOA. What a great cause, and what a blast!

Stefan, Betsy, Addie, James, and Luke. Thursday, May 01, 2014. Luke - Ear tube surgery. This morning I had the amazing experience to pray over Luke's doctors before surgery. When I asked, I wasn't sure what to expect. I definitely felt His presence as I prayed. Sep 25, 2008. Visit from Grandma Coco and Grandpa Steve. Grandma and Grandpa Everest were only here for a day before we decided to pack up and drive for 6 hours to Garmisch. Nate had a CLE course in Garmisch, so we made it a family vacation. Along the way to Garmisch we decided to stop in Munich for dinner. We ate at the Hofbrauhaus.
