Our Life.Well-Lived and Well-Loved! Friday, December 24, 2010. Next week, I only work on Wednesday (orientation day, so I couldn't get off) and Molly will be here visiting. Should be a good, relaxing time. Then two more weeks of work, theoretically, and Julie will be here and I'll be on maternity leave! I can't believe we're almost to that already! I sometimes wonder when I'm laying on my side which way my baby is positioned in my tummy and whether or not all the blood is rushing to its little head. Our Life.Well-Lived and Well-Loved! Wednesday, March 23, 2011. On Monday morning, my best friend called me to let me know that her mother had passed away. She had been sick for years and was put on hospice in December, so it was an expected death, but that doesn't make it any less painful. I'm also sorry because I think some of these blessings could end up being repeat blessings from before. 21 A day off from work, in general. This gives me time to get things done! And since I have time to get things done, I shall focus the rest of today's blessings on how they relate to having the day off work.

Our Life.Well-Lived and Well-Loved! Saturday, January 15, 2011. Two days till due date. Still no baby. Anxiously awaiting her arrival. I wish I could just show up at the hospital on Monday if she's not here, bag in hand, and say "This is my due date. I'm here to get my baby! I mean, you have to pay bills by the due date, you have to return movies and library books by the due date, why not babies? If she's not here by then, I think I should charge the hospital a late fee.
