My Quest for the Perfect Pavlova. January 17, 2013. My quest to make the perfect Pavlova has a new development. While reading one of my favourite blogs, http:/ www.woogsworld.com. Http:/ www.woogsworld.com/2013/01/meet-bernard-elsie.html. I saw that Mrs Woog had found a “cool retro Pav dish” at her local op shop. I had never heard of such a plate. I now must have one. This must be the missing ingredient in my recipe. You just wet the plate and plop the pav mix on and pop it in the oven!

April 23, 2013. Impossible. Lately, it’s been impossible to keep up to date with blog posts. There is a scarf three quarters finished that gets about a centimetre added per day, a dress cut and ready for sewing, a bunch of rhubarb waiting to be stewed, and all the while, a hundred other tasks present themselves. But that contrasts with my other interests; marketing, communications, social media and the internet. I love computers and all things technology.
