Support and exchanging knowledge about epilepsy and mental health. I'm definitely feeling it today. With very little sleep, due to nightmares. This has caused an increased low mood. I'm feeling very irritable and I just want to remove myself. Climb into bed with a film and a cup of tea. I'm struggling to write today. Other than feeling utterly rubbish I'm really unsure what to say. I hope all you people out there suffering are seeing the light because I sure as damn it aren't. Not today.

Support and exchanging knowledge about epilepsy and mental health. One of those days. Well today has felt like a yo yo. Felling frustrated. Paranoid. My head is saying one thing but acting in a different way. Real swings and roundabouts. I'm glad today is over. I'd rather I could have more positive than negative but you just take it for what it is. Tomorrow is another day. Taking less anxiety tablets today so there's a bonus and hopefully tomorrow I can follow that track and get off them.

Personally, Ive usually benefited from a very short spell on diazepam as it has settled both my physical symptoms and my racing thoughts, and so allowed me to make more rational decisions than when Im in a complete panic.
