By day I'm a 55 year old NHS Finance Manager.but I certainly don't feel that old mentally, and am very definitely NOT your typical accountant! My Dad passed on in 2012 and it was the hardest thing ever.he was my world.there's just my mum and I left now. My favourite saying is 'Failure isn't falling down, it's staying down.'. Researching an upcoming book, walking on the sand and dodging the odd swooping pelican yes, really! A bit zingier, which is never a bad thing, not quite sure the family would agree, if anything, I think they’d prefer me a little more subdued! My new novel is now finished and out in July! I hope you like it. I guess it shows that they are used to their mum disappear...

Gauge is not critical, but you want the fabric fairly tight. Make one stitch by picking up the bar between stitches and knitting into the back. Slip one, knit one, pass slipped stitch over.
