Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Obama and His Long Time Friend Mr. Wright. I would like to know what you guys think about the Mr. Wright comments. I don’t know if you are familiar with the issue but Mr. Wright and Barak Obama have known and been friends for 20 years. Mr. Wright married Barak and his wife and baptized his children. Mr Wright recently has made some comments that Barak apparently doesn’t believe in at all. These comments have shed negative light on Barak and his campaign. Trying to become the fi...

http://jfinn02.blogspot.com/2008/04/truth-campaign-anti-smoking.html
Tuesday, April 29, 2008. But this comment isn't enough to undermine the majority of the advertisement. It can be broken down like this:. Of the 60 second ad-. Beginning; 10 seconds (17%), yelling through megaphone, hard to understand. Main message; 44 seconds (73%) song with cartoon characters. End; 4 seconds (10%); closing. As you can see, the majority of the message is not necessecarily anit-smoking. Why are anti-smoking advertisements like this? October 16, 2008 at 2:49 AM. View my complete profile.

Jenna Fur Finn: Advertising in the Media
http://jfinn02.blogspot.com/2008/04/advertising-in-media.html
Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Advertising in the Media. Is a prime example of advertisers going overboard. The ad is suggesting that murder can be a beautiful thing, hence "Beautifully executed." Sadly, this advertisement has opened yet another new door in the advertising world. I appreciate this posting, Jen. I like that you connect Mass Comm with Intro, and you are using the cyberspace to express your views about the media. April 23, 2008 at 9:15 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Monday, April 28, 2008. Media Conglomorates: News Corporation. News Corporation owns multiple newspapers and magazines, including the New York Post and the Wall Street Journal, Myspace.com, the Colorado Rockies MLB team, Fox Corporation, the National Geographic channels, and many other assets. The power of a media conglomorate to promote it's products through media synergy is monumental and has many benefits. An example of News Corporation utilizing it's assets for cross-promotion would be:. My name is J...
