Clubhouse Rules and Regulations. Allegis She Property Management. The La Jolla Alta Clubhouse and its facilities are a private Club for the exclusive recreational use of Council Members, authorized non-member residents, and authorized guests. Use of the Club is a privilege that can be suspended or revoked for violations of these Rules and Regulations. Click here to download current Rule Book.

Clubhouse Rules and Regulations. Allegis She Property Management. The La Jolla Alta Clubhouse is open daily from 6am until 10pm closing only for major holiday's. The lounge offers comfortable seating alongside a fireplace and a large flat screen TV. There is also a round card table and chairs for playing games. The right side of the gym offers; Treadmills, Exercise Bikes and Ellipticals. There is also a Row machine and a Roman Chair. The left side of the gym has strengtrh training equipment such as; f.
