I just was reading an article that suggested that sitting in a chair all day with bad posture is bad for your health. Did I see you just sit a little taller and straighter? I subconsciously straightened the hunch in my back and got a little taller. I guess I am subconsciously aware of the fact I am so guilty of that, I hunch and my back tells me about it.
