Oct 16th, 2007. Wow in all the time i've been on livejournal, i never knew there was an officemax community. I remember a couple of years ago there was a community specifically for PDS, but i'm not sure if it's still around. This community seems a bit dormant, but anyway,. Apr 5th, 2007. So at my job right now all fulltimers are being cut to exactly 32 hours a week, and all part timers are being cut as low as possible to still have coverage. My bosses claim this is a direct edict from corporate to reduce payroll to reduce their expenses. Is this true for anyone else? April 6th, 2007 05:55 am (UTC). Not happening to anyone at my store and has never happened in the 6 years Ive worked there. I imagine its a direct result of one of two things: low sales or being overstaffed.
