Llanboidy Cheesemakers is a small family business at Cilowen Uchaf near Whitland in the. Sue and Huw Jones have developed their own distinctive Traditional Cheese first of all using the unpasturised milk from their own herd of rare pedigree Red Poll Cattle and since selling the herd in 2007 now use local milk from a farmers cooperative (Llaeth Cymreig).
