Griffins on the Go: Farm Weekend
http://gainesvillegriffins.blogspot.com/2015/02/farm-weekend.html
February 3, 2015. A few weekends ago, we headed to the King Farm. In South GA to spend a few days with my college girlfriends, their husbands, and all of the kiddos. We make a lot of effort to get together, especially with the guys and kids, and it may get harder as time goes on (there are 4 more babies on the way in the group! But we love when we can make it work now. Jill and Davis are excellent hosts, and we had a ball all weekend long! Here's my curly headed little boy all snuggled up on the wolf rug.

March 31, 2014. Spring at Gibbs Gardens. We had the nicest time at Gibbs Gardens. When my parents were here to visit. We'd been wanting to go while the 3 million daffodils were in bloom, and last Friday was a perfect day. The sky was overcast, but it didn't rain. It was cool but not cold. Great day for hiking around - especially with a 22lb baby strapped to you. :). The daffodils are so enchanting! Just acres and acres of them all along the rolling hills of the gardens. Henry had a great time! And we sai...

June 17, 2014. Hilton Head and Mother's Morning Out. We've been having so much fun! The start to our summer has been wonderful! Henry began a Mother's Morning Out a few weeks ago (he goes 3 days a few for a few hours), and we've found a little time to travel too. :). He'll have July off and then he'll go 2 days a week in the Fall. He's having fun, and the teachers love him, but I miss him so bad when he's there! Here's Henry in his "school" clothes a few mornings before leaving home:. Played in the sand.

December 4, 2014. Adventures of Henry.and his parents :). Our Fall has been fun! We've seen a lot, played a lot, worked a lot, and visited a lot. Life is busy but we love it! We spent the weekend in Highlands over Halloween. And woke up on Saturday morning to 3" of snow. There was nothing to do but to hike Whiteside so we could check out all the views of the snowy valley. On Saturday, our friends Tiffany and Pat came up for the night. We had dinner at Wild Thyme and watched the AU game. He was so proud!

April 25, 2014. We were excited to experience Henry's first Easter and we were all dying for him to see his basket from the Easter bunny! He's walking so well! But we have to watch him - he'll run for any ledge to step off of! I combined what I had for Henry with what my mom had for him - he had so much fun pulling it all out! He LOVES being pushed in his new car! He and Uncle Asa had a big time riding around! Henry was so excited to open his Easter prezzie from P&P! Mr King Snake wanted to join us!

November 19, 2013. A Happy 30th Birthday, indeed. Turning 30 kind of sneaked up on me! I'm wrapping my head around not being in my "20's" anymore! I've had the most fun celebrating for a few weeks now. My family and a few friends surprised me with a little dinner party back at the end of October.it was so fun to celebrate early! My mom had my friend Linsey of Two Crazy Cookies. Do these monogram cookies - I was obsessed! And she also brought these insanely gorgeous flowers for our dinner table! On Friday...

January 16, 2015. In addition to Brince's surprise party, Laura Lyn planned him a fun trip to ski in Colorado for 5 days, and we were lucky enough to be invited along with them! After we landed in Denver, got our rental car, and headed to Copper Mountain (where we'd be staying for the next 5 days), we met one of our friends Ric for a late lunch! So fun to see GA friends! Monday was our first ski day, and we were excited to have fresh snow and a rainbow! It was such a cute town! And dinner at Vinny's.

October 28, 2013. Posted by Gainesville Griffins. Links to this post. October 22, 2013. We've really been enjoying the cooler weather - and it gives me an excuse to pull out Henry's sweaters. Here is our angel before our walk last week:. But lo and behold it was warm again later in the week.and he looked so cute, I snapped him in this too! We spent a few fun days in Hawkinsville last week visiting the "grands". On Wednesday night was the opening night party of James Farmer Inc! The shop looks amazing!
