All groups who participate in the Louisiana-Mississippi Color Guard and Percussion Circuit are encouraged to submit one application from their unit who are high school seniors or already enrolled in college. A committee of administrators, instructors and judges review dozens of these applications for these scholarships and select students who stand out in qualities of academic, artistic and personal achievements. The Hall of Fame was created to honor the Directors , Instructors and Support personnel who spent a majority of there spare time, Directing, Instructing and Supporting the many Drum Corps in the South and Southeast Louisiana area. Without there dedication to there craft, Drum Corps would not have evolved. We are eternally greatful to these honorees, who kept Drum Corps alive. 2013 Hall of Fame Recipients.
