Nuts and Bolts: The realities of Bells Palsy
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015/07/my-realities-of-bells-palsy.html
Friday, July 31, 2015. The realities of Bells Palsy. Above: Some of the first days with Bells, I am actually Smiling in the picture on the left. The one on the right I am raising both my eyebrows but as you can see only one side is working. Admittedly these pictures are not fun to look at. But the reality is, this is my life right now with Bells Palsy. Its awkward to say these least. I started to freak out. Seth stayed with the Kids and I headed to the ER around 9pm. I was taken to a room and blood was d...

Nuts and Bolts: March 2015
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 30, 2015. Our seats were dead center with a great view. It was AMAZING. Its hard to explain but there was acrobatics, dancing, horse involved numbers, Arial dancers, live music, tribal dancing, men of moon shoes and so much more than I can explain. It was well worth the money. The show was well done and it was awesome to see it all come together. This giant carousel came out of the ceiling and the performers were so incredible. Their strength was unnatural. Some of the Areal numbers. Yep, t...

Nuts and Bolts: August 2014
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 30, 2014. Here are a few of our last adventures in Utah. Our friend Ana from High School has a little land had raises some animals and has a small orchard. We went to visit and pick Apricots. The kids thought it was neat but especially liked throwing the rotten ones to the pigs. Its a beautiful property and home and I am totally jealous. Jenny picking a few. She felt the ladder was hers. My big (tear) Girl. Look at that smile. There was also a lot of goofing around.Wait til the end.

Nuts and Bolts: December 2014
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Let the Christmas Posts begin! The Weekend after Thanksgiving we began the task of decorating for Christmas, as well as opening the advent calendar and a million other Christmas things. But, Seth cannot begin decorating without his favorite Christmas treat, the Christmas tree cakes. He loves them! So do the Kids. So everyone received an ample amount of sugar to begin this crazy month! We got a new Christmas tree this year! The stockings were hung. The mostly finished tree!

Nuts and Bolts: October 2014
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 30, 2014. A family walk before general conference. One of the best things in life is getting out and doing things with your family. I just love it when we can all be together. It doesn't happen as often as I would like, but some time is better than nothing. Having Dad, Mom and the kids is the best. But we take what we can get. Here are some recent happenings. Look at this MOM! Climbing giant dirt piles. Singing all day is another way we spend time together. A family Bike ride before bed.

Nuts and Bolts: August 2015
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2015. The last days of Summer 2015. Summer 2015 has officially come to an end. The kids have been back to school for about a week and I cannot believe it. The summer literally whizzed by. I remember thinking, what in the world are we going to do this summer, and now its over. Emily wanting to learn too. The kids went to another summer camp learning about the rain forest. They all had a good time and it was nice that they were able to go together. Goodbye summer see you next year. After...

Nuts and Bolts: May 2015
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 29, 2015. This year Abigail turned 8! It feels like it is such a milestone year. She has changed so much since last year. Abby will be baptized soon which, to me, is a huge marker for time. It means that she knows right from wrong and chooses to make that commitment to follow the Savior. Despite her nerves towards getting baptized she does want to do it. She got braces a few months ago which make her seem so old. Not to mention she is a tall and skinny little beauty. Since 8 is kinda a big de...

Nuts and Bolts: June 2015
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2015. I'm not really sure why it has taken so long for me to actually start documenting the Baby #4 pregnancy, but better late than never right? We announced to the world in April that we were expecting Baby #4 with THIS VIDEO. As is our custom we usually wait awhile to tell people. We just never want to jinx it. We told the family around 11 weeks and the world a week or two later. Poor Seth wanted to help and there was nothing to be done but listen to that hot mess. Then as with all my ...

Nuts and Bolts: Project #1
http://jslwhitworth.blogspot.com/2015/08/project-1.html
Saturday, August 8, 2015. There are a lot of projects to be had in our new house. But being pregnant holds me back from tackling many of them. I like to get in and get things done. But since we moved in, this one wall has been bothering me. It had lots of nicks and holes along with random food splatter. It really needed freshened up! I decided to make it an accent wall. Not to mention it was a project I could do by myself while Seth was gone. I really do love it. It brings just the right amount of co...
