0,5% do IRS. A LNCF é uma Instituição Particular de Solidariedade Social de utilidade pública, fundada em 1996 pelo Exmo. Sr. Gaspar Vieira Pereira Pessoa, atual Presidente. O primeiro grande projeto desta instituição foi o Apoio Alimentar direcionado a crianças carenciadas. No ano de 2004 iniciamos um novo projeto, designado "A Semente", o qual visa apoiar um maior número de famílias carenciadas. No ano de 2006 demos início ao Programa de Apoio Alimentar ao Domicilio, o qual designamos de PAAD.

Este tem como objetivo primodial ajudar a combater a fome a famílias da zona limítrofe da Sede, para tal é explorada uma padaria onde é fabricado pão e que, em conjunto com leite adquirido, são distribuidos diariamente aos utentes.
