Mohloli oa Bophelo Rehabilitation and Training Centre (MBTC) is dedicated to the visually impaired people of Lesotho. Situated at Ha Ts`osane, in the district of Maseru, it is the only centre of this kind in the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho.
