New Hope Dog Rescue. A registered not for profit volunteer run organization located in Thunder Bay, ON. Named for Hope, a homeless, injured dog rescued from the City of Thunder Bay Animal Services the day she was. About to be euthanized, New Hope Dog Rescue was formed in August 2006. New Hope Dog Rescue relies on donations to fund our rescue efforts. If you would like to support us financially, please use our paypal button. All of our dogs live in foster care. We do not have a shelter environment.
