3318 Lydgate, Shelburne. Our comfortable, roomy cabins relax you inside and out. Each has a full bath, complete kitchen, dining area, cozy living room and a large deck overlooking the water. Natural wood paneling makes each cottage bright and cheerful. Inside, you can get comfortable. There’s space for some to talk, others to curl up with a book, and some to watch TV. Most cottages have electric fireplaces, too! Each cottage has two bedrooms. Or w e have e xtra pillows available for pillow fights.

Visit the South Shore's hidden Jem. The Town of Lockeport. The Town was originally settled by 2 families from Massachusetts whose aim was to create a stepping stone from which they could access the rich fishing grounds of the north western Atlantic. In approximately 1761 the settlers found the ragged islands area, what is today known as the Lockeport Loop, and after some consideration they decided to stay. To this day, the town bears the name of the foremost of the 2 families, the Locke family.
