All part of the process. In additon to my regular brewing, I enjoy homebrewing projects that help me learn or brew better. Sometimes its growing the ingredients myself, while other times is building or improving the tools I use. At the end of the day its all part of my homebrewing experience, and I've enjoyed every minute of it. First step in making beer. Hopefully someday I will have a chance to re-do the full process, and produce a truly home-grown beer. Cultivating the bitterness behind the beer.
