Wednesday, January 13, 2010. I went to the gym today and I kicked butt on the eliptical machine. And then I ran for 5 minutes straight on the treadmill-which seems super weak and pathetic, but for me, this is a huge accomplishment! I am so proud of myself! 20 lbs by Cabo-it actually sees doable right now!
