The Sunset Brass Band is a traditional New Orleans style marching jazz band. A classic New Olreans style funeral will include a marching band. The band marches the coffin to the graveside and plays hymns and spirituals before and after the ceremony. All of these bands are flexible in terms of numbers of musicians and instrumentation. It is often possible to play acoustically. PA equipment can be provided where necessary, and it is often possible for the band to lend their equipment for speeches or playing recorded music.
