Vo2 Max results and comparisons. Of population for age range. Above is a table illustrating how my Vo2 max has improved from low down on the moderate range to the top of the high range. To put that into prospective though, Cyclist Lance Armstrong has a vo2 Max of 85, a thoroughbred horse can reach 180, and a husky dog 240.

Managed a further two runs this week without incident, My runs this week have been around the Laidon avenue estate in Wistaston, through Willaston taking in Nantwich / Crewe road and through Wistaston the other way via Church Lane. So 95 miles in the bag unscathed but slow again, around the 9 min mile pace. Here's hoping the weather picks up for Monday or it could be a treadmill session at Shavington Leisure centre! London Marathon News and Information. Sunday, April 26, 2009. London Marathon Results: Sammy Wanjiru Wins 2009 London Marathon in Fast Time. The 2009 London Marathon is over and while it didn’t produce the world record that many hoped for in the men’s race, but it did result in a fast time and an exciting finish between the top three competitors.
