While my legs were a little tight towards the end of that first five minutes, the second were easy peasy (all things considered). The biggest problem I had was that I had forgotten to bring a water bottle and there were two guys that passed me about 4 times each during those five minute intervals. I hate getting passed. Wednesday, October 22, 2014. Following the last post. Who ordered an ECG and chest x-rays. All clear. He couldn’t find anything wrong with my heart and lungs, and figured it was pleurisy. Anti-inflammatories and take it easy. And figured it was just one of those unexplained pains that people get which they can’t test for specifically and it should go away on its own.
