Saturday, September 22, 2007. Thursday, Sept. 20th. On the 12-mile ride, we were escorted through Olathe and Overland Park by two police motorcycles, a ladder truck, and a chief’s vehicle. It was an incredible experience and drew quite a bit of attention to the information on the sides of the vehicles and hopefully drove some people to the website to donate.
