紅甜椒、蟹肉、蝦、九層塔、洋蔥少許。 1將檳榔心切小段，約莫三到五公分，容易入口長度及可，接著下鍋川燙。 4將檳榔心、紅甜椒以及蟹肉、蝦分別擺盤後，將調味料淋上，表面灑些許九層塔提味即可，用保鮮膜封住放入冰箱即可。 礁溪，最古的地名叫礁坑旱坑，原住民拓墾此地時見地上皆為礁石而且溪流之上煙霧四起、水流不足遂以名之。礁溪此小鎮最有名的應該就是溫泉吧，一進入礁溪市區內就可以看到成群的溫泉飯店，此次阿勳是選擇和風溫泉旅社為住宿的旅店，感覺算是OK啦，除了隔音稍差之外。 這次阿勳在礁溪就只是在市區走走逛逛，但卻有些意外的收穫，想不到這個看似繁華的小鎮，還是有著非常純樸的一面呢，第一站呢就是來到了礁溪市區的湯圍溝溫泉公園，在公園內走走晃晃，蠻悠閒的，走累了呢，這裡有免費可以泡腳的溫泉池優。 離開公園後呢，走著走著來到了礁溪火車站，站前有一個小池子也是讓人泡腳用，看到幾個阿嬤悠閒的聊天泡腳，就給她偷偷的從後面照起來，真是喜歡這種優閒的感覺。 看看時間呢，似乎也是該吃晚餐了，這次來的這間似乎是礁溪這邊蠻有名的一間店，店名好像就是八寶冬粉。 160; . 以及另一個景點夫妻樹。 . 有些人以為這樣就結束了ᦁ...
