This is a very simple recipe with delicious results. I highly suggest you make it a day before to allow all the spices to blend and, the texture to solidify. Warm oven at 375 degrees.

Creamy Pumpkin Sauce with Tortellini and Roasted Butternut Squash. Creamy Pumpkin Sauce (makes enough for 1lb of pasta). 1 sprig of fresh rosemary. 1 whole medium onion, chopped fine.
