Thursday, November 20, 2008. The Women's Under-20 World Cup Comes to Chillan! Another way my pals and I have put the paro to good use is by attending some Women's Under-20 World Cup matches! I thank my dad and my brother for influencing me to become the soccer fan that I am today. I thought about the two of them a lot yesterday, wishing they had been there with me. Before we left our village, we hosted a sports/field day for the kids. We played football, kickball, and relay races. It's nothing, really. I just climed to the top of the highest mountain in the Balkans. Really, nothing special. ;). We participated in the national Rhila Park clean up. If you hate nature, no worries, it's one less place you need to see. But the price to see the films kind of deterred us and we decided we just wanted to do some back country backpacking instead.
