A local group of bike riders in Kenya - we gave them gloves and pants and they gave us motivation for the next kilometers. Our first contact in Malawi: Reeaz. He taught us almost everything about women. These two Americans are not really our supporters but walking from Cape Town to Cairo in three years just needs to be mentioned. Our way from Maputo to Vilanculos. Our way from Vilanculos to Blantyre. Our way from Blantyre to Kasanga. From Kasanga to Kigoma we took the MV Liemba). Our way from Kigoma to Kigali. Our way from Kigali to Bukakata. From here we took a ferry to the Ssese Islands and back to the mainland to Entebbe). Our way from Entebbe to Jinja.

Children fishing in a Kanu on Lake Malawi. Otto's Point in the nature reserve close to the village. Yannic, enjoying the week without cycling. After a stormy and rainy night on a lonesome island at Cape Maclear. The Rescue blankets and the rock kept us safe. 02 May, 2013. Ill rather fly to Lilongwe.
