WHILE many who call Bellambi home know of their historic watering hole by the railway station, some may be surprised to learn of their first pub, down by the sea. Bellambi Hotel opened in what became a jumbled collection of timber buildings consisting of a school of arts, a blacksmith shop and a harbour pilot’s cottage in 1861.
