Pancakes, cold weather and parking garages. June 10, 2014. It has been freezing this side of the globe. Think snow on mountains cold. As we all know cold weather required comfort food. Comfort food requires planning to ensure that not all the good work off the last few months is wasted. This motivated me to search for good comfort food. I discovered this really awesome pancake/crumpet recipe that is gluten free. 2 table spoons of tapioca flour. 1 level teaspoon of Xanthum Gum. 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
