Monday, November 30, 2009. Thankful for No Weight Gain! Made it through Thanksgiving without gaining any weight! And yes, I cheated . but portion control was the key I think! I weighed in this morning at 176! Only 6 more pounds to go to reach my half-way mark! I'm hoping I can reach that 45 lb mark before Dave and I go on our 15th anniversary weekend trip in 2 weeks! Monday, November 2, 2009. 34 pounds and dropping . Today's weigh in : Down 34 pounds since August 17! I am so grateful . I can't believe I'm actually doing it. It is coming off pound after pound, week after week, and I am just so excited and so happy. It is so wonderful to be getting my health back, to have energy, to have control. Tuesday, February 3, 2009. OkI said I would report to my blog 1/2 way through and give my progress, so here it is! I'm DOWN 6 pounds and UP 2 new dresses and 2 new bathing suits! Jared is doing even better than me! He joined the GYM for the FIRST time in his LIFE about 2 weeks ago. It is going great! I THINK he has really caught "the fever"! It is sooooo cute to see him in his "work-out" clothes! I just love saying, "my husband is at the gym"! He is such a hot dude anyway! I'll let ya know how it goes!
