Friday, June 24, 2011. We Have A Sitter! It's funny watching your child grow up. One moment they weigh six pounds, wear diapers the size of a playing card, and sleep 23 hours a day. Blink your eyes and they're smiling at you, giggling, reaching for things and rolling around! Take a deep breath and then all of the sudden:. THEY'RE SITTING UP ON THEIR OWN! Yeah Mom- I can sit up. Pretty awesome huh? I had to sit her up and she just hung out for about 10 minutes before toppling over! Mommy: Get me out!

Monday, August 29, 2011. A JOB A JOB A JOB! As of July 08, 2011. I, Elisabeth Lobel Alt will get to be a stay at home Mommy to this darling Princess:. Is that not the cutest thing you've ever seen? Thursday, February 23, 2012. I spent weeks working on a photo book to document Bailey's first year. The goal is to make one for each of our kiddos for each year. As much as I love to craft and be 'crafty' the idea of me making a scrapbook a year is unrealistic. Heck- our wedding scrapbook only has one page done almost 4 years later. But we have a wedding photo book! Thank you to Shutterfly for making my slacking off acceptable :) Here is Bailey's First Year photo book. Blood, sweat and tears included.

Thursday, April 28, 2011. Three weeks without blogging! I stink. But I'm not sure if anyone is seriously interested in the ins and outs of our everyday life. Thursday, June 7, 2012. Big Belly. Big Belly, Big Belly, Big Belly :). So far this pregnancy has been fairly different than Bailey's. The morning sickness was worse, I started getting huge. Much quicker. But in good news, I've gained less weight, haven't swollen, and the blood pressure has been great! Running after a toddler keeps me busy! We are anxious to meet our little girl! Friday, March 25, 2011. A LOT has been going on in the Alt family lately. Lots of changes and opportunities have come our way. Job changes and losses, learning to be new parents, and just coping with the every day bits of life. It can get overwhelming very quickly. When it got to be too much, (at the suggestion of a smart friend! I said to Matt. We need to go to the Temple.". So we packed up Bailey and hit the road on a Saturday morning. It was her first road trip, and she did pretty well! How far is it?

Thursday, June 7, 2012. The Easter Bunny Came! The doctor told me to "take it easy". As impossible as that is with a toddler, I'm doing my best. Which means LOTS of couch time. So I'm finally. Going to update the blog. Something about being pregnant with a toddler just makes time slip right on by! To start off our Easter fun we went to an egg hunt at our good friends Heidi and Monte's house! She wasn't quite sure at first, usually we don't let her pick things up out of the grass. Sunday, April 1, 2012. This week started out a little rough. Poor Bailey is cutting four molars at once and has been pretty darn cranky. So we had a few mornings with lots of cartoons and teddy bear snuggles :). That and some Tylenol seemed to help a bit. Teething bites. She has a habit of disappearing on me :) I end up wandering around the house hunting her down and listening for the giggles. This is where I found her on Monday. She wore it all day long and refused to take it off! PS Do you see the HAIR?
