I also made my first batch of sour cream, and it is delicious! I didn't realize how much I had missed it. It's basically just like making yogurt, but starting with heavy whipping cream and leaving it in the yogurt maker for at least 24 hours. I have been adding it to my scrambled eggs each morning and my soup for lunch. Day 45 - The Raw Deal.
