Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Thursday, March 30, 2006. One of my commercial clients is a very cool gift shop with really interesting products. The owner wanted to get some in-store shots of several of their new items. She gave me the creative freedom to come up with images this week that would be used in their advertising. Here's a collage sample. Posted by Grisanti at 2:38 PM. Links to this post. Sunday, March 26, 2006. Posted by Grisanti at 1:40 PM. Links to this post.

Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Monday, October 30, 2006. Robby took the photograph here of the ticket windows, and it pretty much sums up our quest for tickets. Robby was a trooper, and we made the effort, but didn't get in to see the game. Maybe it wasn't such a bad thing, since the Rams were routed, 38-24. Posted by Grisanti at 1:52 PM. Links to this post. Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Saturday, September 30, 2006. I'm not sure whether to be excited about this or not, but I received a phone call this week with information that I had been voted Runner-Up in the Photographer category by the reader's of the Pasadena Weekly, a local newspaper, in their annual Best of Pasadena issue. It's pretty cool, and I was really surprised, but it's still 2ND PLACE! So now I'll have to set my sights on winning next year. . . I surprised my ...

Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Thursday, November 23, 2006. There is so much to be thankful for and certainly too much to post here. But it all starts with God and family. After our traditional Thanksgiving. Dinner, I was truly thankful for the first slice of my wife's homemade pumpkin cheesecake and the opportunity to watch some football on TV. Posted by Grisanti at 6:00 PM. Links to this post. Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Monday, December 25, 2006. After all the build-up, all the anticipation, all the shopping. . .Christmas is still about Jesus. It's His birthday. And just as a church without Christ is empty, so is a person's heart. May the Spirit of Christ fill you this Christmas. Posted by Grisanti at 10:41 PM. Links to this post. Christopher Grisanti Photography: August 2006
http://grisanti.blogspot.com/2006_08_01_archive.html
Occasional thoughts and images from my life as a photographer. Tuesday, August 29, 2006. A photographic assignment took me into the emergency room of a large hospital last week. It was a relatively slow afternoon (not the bloody chaos usually portrayed on TV), but when a patient arrived it was interesting to watch the crew spring into action. It's a shame that so many of these vital hospital E.R.s have been closing over the past several years. Posted by Grisanti at 10:22 PM. Links to this post.
