So here we go… | Fat Asian Vegetarian
https://fatasianeatingrice.wordpress.com/2011/07/09/so-here-we-go
This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. So here we go…. July 9, 2011. I don’t know if there’s a community of struggling weight watching people out there, but my guess is there is, and that they also have a blog. I hope to connect with some of these people, and also have a “free space” to just say what’s on my mind. Say it to whoever happens to come across this blog and to those that may relate or find it comforting. July 11, 2011 at 4:29 am. Enter your comment here.

Juice Fast | Fat Asian Vegetarian
https://fatasianeatingrice.wordpress.com/2011/07/26/juice-fast
This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. July 26, 2011. I’m thinking about doing an all-out 10 day juice fast. Anyone ever done this before and what was your experience? Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. This past weekend. It was really inspiring, to say the least. I know I’m not in the same ballpark as Phil was at 430 pounds, but…nonetheless the healing power of fresh vegetable and fruit juice can do anyone some good. Brenda – In Progress. Weight history | Fat Asian Vegetarian

This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. But eventually limiting myself to so few fat grams a day (I was striving to eat less than 20 fat grams/day) made me really, well HUNGRY! Throughout college my weight fluctuated between 120 and 140. As a 5’1 woman, this was very noticeable to me in how my clothes fit, but even at 140, I never felt humongous or was treated like an overweight person. To break it down simply, this is how my 20s looked:. Once my knee was more or le...

Plateau | Fat Asian Vegetarian

This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. July 11, 2011. I’ve hit my plateau in the last 2 weeks. I was seeing a nice slow decline on the scale (about 1.2 lbs lost/week on average) and then – BAM! I want a huge plate of delicious noodles with fried tofu dammit! Let’s be honest here: I was going to wait until I was at a solid 150 lbs before incorporating more strength training. Why? ECHO ECHO ECHO) ). Has anyone else had this happen? If so, what worked for you?

This is about the struggle to an ideal weight, while refusing to give up rice. July 10, 2011. This is where, if you don’t like too much information, you’ll feel uncomfortable. If I turn you off, you probably weren’t my kind of blog pal anyway. If you’re still with me – excellent. I know it’s probably weird of me (or is it? But I really feel like what’s going in should also be coming out. If that’s not the case I gotta wonder: Where did the food go? Brenda – In Progress. Brooke: Not On a Diet.
