I don’t feel AS guilty about the turkey flatbread I had becauseeeee I worked out again today (:. 30 minutes of laps at the pool…felt sooo good, except I’m paying for it now…I inhaled a little bit of water, LOL, so my nose and throat still burn from the chlorine. Back again for more tomorrow!
