Just another WordPress.com site. April 7, 2013. Well hello there again peeps of the interwebs. Yup today is a huge day of loss for me. Lost 2lbs yesterday, maybe I didn’t eat enough? As the title says I am now 31lbs down and feeling great. I think today I am going to attempt a cycle around the neighborhood, and try get that blood flowing a little better. Well here it is, i made my first mushy meal. it doesn’t look like much, but there is 10grams of chicken, and 2Tbs of mash potato, and 2Tbs of Veg (peas, corn, carrots, butternut). all of which was individually blended for the end result. Here is my weight in:. Starting weight/highest weight 1/22/23 i was @ 369.8lbs (never again i promise myself). Today 2/26/13 i weighed in at 343.6. That gives me a total weight loss of 26.2 pounds! Its an amazing loss. Especially because i did out the right way. Idk… Maybe i expect too much to fast. February 26, 2013.

I have been wanting to blog for awhile but I don’t know why I just can not get around to it. Anyhow, I said no binges this week. Which I did pretty well, up until about 2 hours ago That was not the worse binge though, what happened was since it is Easter they had a pot luck at work. I told myself I would be good and not mess up HA! My exercise has been going great!
