Wow I’ve slacked. July 13, 2010. I promised myself I would keep blogging but I’ve slacked. I think about it but haven’t done it. So I’m on P4 now, it’s going great! Under LDW over a lb, and just rocking it! I basically can eat whatever and not gain, but lose a little instead. Not that I’m pigging out but it’s a good thing to know I have that set point and rocking it! So I’ve been going to the Dr way to much! It started off with a gain of 1.4 pounds this morning, cause reflection what went wrong the day before:. 1 TOM is a full fledge visitor today.bloated, cramping, and well TMI. 2 My shrimp salad had cheese the day before.I asked for none but it had it anyway and I did not have the time to send it back. 3 I wore foundation and make up for the first time in over a month.
