Sunday, January 25, 2009. The SICKNESS has struck! This all being said, I wasn't expecting much when I stood on the scale on Friday. I was just hoping I didn't have an enormous gain. Much to my amazement, I still lost! I'm down another 1.4 lbs! Now, let's just see if we can continue on this weight loss journey. I preparing myself that this week could be rough. Just with getting back into eating all my meals again and eating nutritional food, I know I need to stay really focused! I wanna continue to lose!

I decided to do a slightly different take on what I think people may come up with when they think of fruit for this week's theme. 160;This recipe may/may not sound like the most appetizing dish, but let me tell you, it's delicious! Mandarin Orange Slow Cooker Chicken (4 servings at 5 pts each). 4 boneless skinless chicken halves. 1 medium onion, sliced. 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate. 1 tsp poultry seasoning. 1/2 tsp. salt.
