A cheap, easy and healthy soup that we’ve been enjoying is my carrot and lentil ensemble. I’d love to offer precise measurements for this soup, but as it is one of my throw it in the slow cooker specialities rough approximations will have to do. Pour out a mug full of red split lentils.
