In lifting the cup, there was a moment of instability as the cup wavered in his hand right over the Bible. My immediate, internal thought was, Oh no! What if he drops the cup and the juice pours over that beautiful Bible and it is ruined? I am amazed once again at what messages God continually sends me in the day to day.

On Tuesday evening Bristol City made it 14 games unbeaten with a draw against Bradford City, thus maintaining their record-breaking start to the season. A brace from defender Aden Flint was enough to secure a draw and break the previous record of 13 games, which stood for 60 years. That record belonged to the Division Three South winning side of the 1954/55 season, a good omen for the promotion chasing Robins perhaps.
