Bom falta pouco pra completar um ano de cirurgia, e lá eu faço um compendium geral do primeiro ano pós operatório. Quanto a minha resolução de ano novo, por enquanto não tive mtas oportunidades de tirar fotos fora a ocasião do reveillón. E descobri que a câmera que eu herdei é uma porcaria. Assim q sobrar um money eu compro uma.

Depois de duas semanas reintroduzindo os alimentos sólidos aos pouquinhos, comecei a dar upgrades na consistência e quantidade das refeições. De carne moída para desfiada, para carne em cubinhos, depois bife. De mandioquinha super cozida em pedacinhos até cenoura crua. e etc. Minha refeição ideal (até eu perder todo o peso necessário) é:. 120-150g de Carne,. Legumes e verduras (uns 200-300ml). Just another HCG weight loss blog. Today my weight is 156.8. That’s 1.olbs less than yesterday and a total of 11.4lbs lost so far. Wow Worst. Blogger. Ever. It’s been a week since I’ve posted, mostly because I’ve also been the worst hCG dieter ever. I had a major cheat this weekend, and although I only gained a pound from it, I may have extended this stupid stall I’ve been experiencing. Once that damage was done I talked myself into eating some Fage and raspberries and went to bed feeling totally stuffed.
