The road less traveled or more traveled in our case was Highway 1;the only highway in the Peninsula. Very tight quarters means you have to stay alert since you are sharing the road with semi-trucks. Literallly, you are inches apart from one another when you pass eachother in opposing directions. We opted for a bigger boat.

Los panes de Mabel. Sábado, 21 de diciembre de 2013. Glaseados y brillos para panes. Mezclar 1 huevo con 1 cucharada de agua y una pizca de sal, pincelar con esta mezcla el pan. Después del último levado y antes de hornearlo, se puede hacer que quede aún más brillante si dejamos secar el glaseado y se lo volvemos a aplicar. De Aceite de Oliva. Con aceite de oliva antes de hornear y al sacarlos del horno, se consigue una corteza brillante. Con agua caliente unos 5 minutos antes de meterlos en el horno.
