In The Main Villa. Built in 1988, the owners’ contractor and crew spent 23 months, starting in 2002 completely rebuilding and refurbishing as well as expanding the interiors and exteriors of all the structures and updating plumbing and electrical. Water is metered and supplied from a private system with a deep well. All tap water is potable. There is also 3,300 liters of reserve water storage and a separate pressurized water system for emergency reserve. Entry Level 2,159 SF. Garden Level 1,460 SF.

In The Main Villa. Guest rooms, La Tortuga and El Pelicano are located on the garden level of the main villa. Each has a queen pillow-top bed, fully tiled, private ensuite baths with large sunken showers and generous open terraces with two-person chaise lounges, tables and chairs. These guest rooms have both private entrances on the terraces as well as access to the common areas of the villa on the floor above. Both rooms have excellent Pacific Ocean views. Closest to the ocean; Casa Delfin (Dolphin House) is a large casita with a fully equipped kitchen, luxury bath with bidet and shower with skylight and has a traditional Mexican palapa (palm) roof. There is a king pillow-top bed and seating area with writing desk. The casa has a private palapa covered terrace directly facing the Pacific with an outdoor fireplace, chaise lounge, table and chairs. There is also a private sun terrace with a two-person chaise and umbrella for sunbathing.
