First in a Post of Flour-less Desserts. August 25th, 2011. Sitting on my comfy couch. S post, Bye Bye Bread, I was inspired to broaden my cooking horizons to think about making desserts that do not have flour or are gluten-free. All I could think of is this dessert. GOOD OLD CREME CARAMEL. Ive checked Youtube and other cooking sites and people have different approaches to making this dessert. What makes this dessert a classic is its simplicity and longevity when stored in the fridge. 1-2 tsp of lemon zest.

August 27th, 2011. Momus and Vampire Weekend: Salty Hot Peanuts. MY SUPER F*CKIN EASY NO-COOK CHOCO-NUT TRUFFLE/S. Pardon the hazy picture. I got this picture from a friend who took a shot of this truffle after I gave it to her and before she stuffed it in her mouth. Im guessing she used a camera phone. Its really awesome that youre okay with nuts! 1/4 cup icing/powdered sugar. 1 cup creamy peanut butter (you could use the chunky sort for a nuttier truffle). Grated peanuts or chopped walnuts or pecans.
