Wednesday, February 21, 2007. I saw this big guy perched on some old pilings near Foster Island. He kept harassing the ducks and other waterfowl by soaring overhead and then swooping down to the water behind them, resulting in a lot of quacking and frantic flying. Then he would perch somewhere else, and repeat the process. I was lucky to get this close, and have him sit still. I'll post some soaring pictures too, but they didn't turn out as well. Monday (Cochinita Pibil, which they've inexplicably misspelled on their own site), Tuesday (Achiote Chicken) and Friday (Ceviche) are particularly good. Also, ask for the habanero salsa. They're usually hiding it behind the counter.
