The Personal Problems Working Out = Little Results. January 16, 2015. Well this week has been rather terrible. I have had a lot of personal things going on that I won’t bore you with. But I guess the point is that these personal things do affect your workouts, as I have seen this week. My runs have been too easy this week and I don’t feel like I am getting much from the workout.
