Living Life My Size. Saturday 30 May 2009. Biwi jo bolti hain suno :). This is the news of May 19, 2009: This is not some piece of advice from a marriage counselor, rather it is from the country's apex court. The Supreme Court has a recipe for a successful marriage, more so for men: Obey your wife and rule the world! If you want to buy matrimonial peace just do whatever your wife says! Sounds great, doesn't it? I've read 'Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus.' by John Gray. I've read 'Survi...Belie...

Living Life My Size. Monday 7 June 2010. In pursuit of happiness. What is the most commendable thing I have done so far? Does my good deeds outweigh my bad deeds or is it vice versa? Have I achieved that eternal peace which I so craved for, all my life? Today we have the best of everything readily available, yet the reality is we have nothing. Nothing that comforts the soul. Beautiful furnishings do not hold our hand in the darkest night. The latest entertainment. 5 Have complete faith in God and perform...

Living Life My Size: No escape..
http://armisblog.blogspot.com/2009/07/no-escape.html
Living Life My Size. Friday 24 July 2009. As I sit to write something, I hope, wish and pray I feel somewhat better at the conclusion of this post than what I'm feeling now. We all have our bad days, our emotional moments, our teary eyed moments. And I've been having one too many off late. How true is that! What was the purpose? I know Allah knows best why there is so much pain and suffering in this world. but I'm just appalled. Didn't she deserve a better life? Didn't she deserve a better ending?

Living Life My Size: December 2008
http://armisblog.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Living Life My Size. Friday 19 December 2008. No time to stand and stare. By Hennry William Davies. What is this life if, full of care,. We have no time to stand and stare. No time to stand beneath the boughs. And stare as long as sheep or cows. No time to see, when woods we pass,. Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass. No time to see, in broad daylight,. Streams full of stars, like skies at night. No time to turn at Beauty's glance,. And watch her feet, how they can dance. I should start raking all t...

Living Life My Size: When tomorrow starts without me..
http://armisblog.blogspot.com/2009/11/when-tomorrow-starts-without-me.html
Living Life My Size. Monday 2 November 2009. When tomorrow starts without me. You would think by now, I would know my way around,. I shouldn't miss you so badly, I should be on familiar ground. How many more lonely years, must meander by,. Until I learn the lesson, it does no good to cry. What manner of iron will, must some people possess,. To be always looking forward, to never accept regress. Perhaps if I was willing, to let someone take me by the hand,. When I am alone I hurt, because here I do it well.

Living Life My Size: October 2008
http://armisblog.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Living Life My Size. Monday 13 October 2008. I spent the last few days reminiscing and basking in the glorious memories of childhood. Lets start with the story of my birth. My mother conceived me with very high hopes of begetting a male child after 3 females in a row. Though she never told me this, my sisters would humorously tease me about how she had even sewn clothes for a baby boy. and was a bit disappointed when I was born. I remember very well how much I had cried looking at her over and over again.
