incheon landings: Chinatown wanderings
http://incheonlandings.blogspot.com/2007/02/chinatown-wanderings.html
Postcards from the west coast port city. Saturday, 24 February 2007. Immediately opposite Incheon station, Chinatown and the immediate surrounding area is certainly an interesting little place to wander around for an afternoon. And dragons to be found. But of most interest was the architecture of the area. More to follow on some of the more interesting buildings to be found in the area, but there are a number of interesting stone staircases in the vicinity. Looking down the stairs towards the harbor.

incheon landings: Move out, mayor
http://incheonlandings.blogspot.com/2007/02/move-out-mayor.html
Postcards from the west coast port city. Sunday, 25 February 2007. Move out, mayor. Now home to the Incheon Historical Archive, this residence just a stone's throw away from Jayu Park was the former home of seventeen Incheon city mayors. From the information board at the entrance to the garden:. In 1966 Incheon City purchased and reconstructed it into a Korean-style house and it was changed for the mayor's official residence. Would have liked this shot more if the car hadn't been there. Move out, mayor.

Pop China: Review: Nanking (2007)
http://popchina.blogspot.com/2008/02/review-nanking-2007.html
A blog tracking various popular media in China and the social issues that surround them. Monday, February 4, 2008. Recently I was given the opportunity to view a special screening of the documentary Nanking, which is currently only in limited distribution despite the fact that it is Western-produced and was released in China in Summer 2007. In general, I liked it, but I do have some mixed feelings. Why? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Review: Playing for Thrills (1997). Journey to the West.
