In my efforts to reduce my belly fat (yes I know you can’t spot reduce but that’s where I store) I have been looking into different nutritionally dense ideas. I stumbled upon the daily apple. I wanted to reduce my carb intake. Specifically in the form of starchy carbs like wheat and grains. But I still love pasta and bread. Pasta I will come to on a later date. But bread. I. Priscilla's fitness Blog. My beginnings into fitness. October 11, 2012. So my posts are becoming more sporadic. I have recently changed to incorporate a heavy circuit on a rest day. I loaded my little barbells with the max weight I had and went for failure. 4 sets of 8 squat and press. 5 sets of 8 walking lunges. 2 sets of 8 chest flys on stability ball. 5 sets of 8 bench press on ball. 6 sets of 8 crunches on ball. 5 sets of 8 squats. 2 sets of 8 row. 3 sets of 8 plank row. I’m in a position where I can stop a confused 6ft2 man pushing past me and slipping over. I can static hold someone in position while my colleague changes the sheets or whatever. I think I lost my motivation and so started to find excuses not to do anything. My diet isn’t too bad so I don’t think I’ve gained too much body fat. I’m back on this.
