No running water, no electricity, and no indoor plumbing? My Friends and I spend a week, every spring doing just that. Friends getting together to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It's never to early to start planning the trip. When can you leave, and when will you have to go home? Who is going to get a new tarp? Bob has the frame. We need to invest in a new tarp in case it rains. And we all know it always rains at lost lake. Yup, that will make a turd. Since last years plan didnt work out too well. Who is in charge this year? I have this one covered. No more 55 degree bathing.

Friends getting together to relax and enoy the Outdoors. Where is the all the water? Lost lake is a spring fed lake, and is in the Foot Hills State Forest, which is located in north central Minnesota. In the 15 years that I have been coming here, I have seen big fluctuations in the water levels. This makes tracking down the elusive Walleye, very difficult. And it is all about the eyes. Pack your rain Gear and the tick repellant.
